There's nothing quite like that proud parent moment when your little one takes on a new challenge - well, as long as it doesn't lead to any mischief, right? Fortunately, one super-mom was there to provide some moral support when her son embarked on his maiden voyage up the stairs.
She had already whipped out her camera to capture some adorable moments of her baby playing with the family dog when, out of the blue, the little explorer decided to crawl toward the staircase. Still on all fours, this tiny daredevil began his ascent, step by step.
Now, don't worry, Mom was right behind him every step of the way, making sure there were no accidental tumbles. But, I've got to give credit where it's due - this toddler was doing most of the heavy lifting himself! And when he finally reached the summit, what awaited him? Well, it was none other than the family dog, ready to shower him with a congratulatory smooch-fest.
