Sweet Potatoes
–2 medium sweet potatoes (about 1/2 pound each)
–4 tablespoons sour cream
–2 tablespoons butter
–2 to 4 teaspoons brown sugar
–1/4 teaspoon salt
–1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Honeyed Almonds
–1/2 cup sliced or slivered almonds
–2 tablespoons honey
–Pinch coarse salt
