Crack Chicken Casserole is one of my favorite go-to meals when I'm unsure what to prepare for dinner. It's a simple yet incredibly hearty dish that requires minimal effort—just toss the ingredients into the crockpot and let it work its magic while you relax.

Ingredients for Crack Chicken Casserole:
3 chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of chicken soup
1 (1 oz) packet of dry ranch seasoning mix
½ cup of chicken broth
12 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped, divided
1 cup of sour cream
½ tsp of pepper
1½ cups of elbow macaroni
3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
