Ingredients:
10 large eggs
2 tsp baking soda
Water (enough to cover the eggs)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp sweet relish (or pickle juice)
2 tbsp sour cream
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon (for garnish)
2 green onions (for garnish)
2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese (for garnish)
Directions:
Step 1:
Toss those eggs into a pot, cover them with water, and sprinkle in 2 tsp baking soda. Crank up the heat, let it boil, then turn off the stove and cover it. Let those eggs chill in the hot tub for ten minutes. Once that's done, dunk them into a bowl of icy water. After a quick cool-down, peel 'em, slice 'em lengthwise, and scoop out those yolks into a bowl. Easy peasy!
