Creamy Crockpot Ground Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
Salt, to taste
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
8 oz sliced mushrooms
2 cans (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
1 cup sour cream
Half of a 16 oz bag of egg noodles, cooked
Directions:
Step 1:
In a large pan, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart and browning it. Season with salt to taste and mix for a few minutes. Once the meat is browned, turn off the heat, drain any excess liquid, and transfer the cooked ground beef to your slow cooker. Add 1 cup of chopped onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 8 oz sliced mushrooms, two cans (10.5 oz) of cream of mushroom soup, and 1 cup of beef broth.
Step 2
Put the lid on, set it on high, and cook for three to four hours (or you can set it on low and cook for six to seven hours). After the cooking time, remove the lid and add 1 cup of sour cream. Stir it in until well combined, then add half of a 16 oz bag of cooked egg noodles. Mix well and serve.
