Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
1 medium onion, diced
1 tsp fresh ginger, finely minced, grated, or paste
2-3 cloves garlic, finely minced or crushed
1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into ¾-inch chunks
4 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp chili powder or paprika (adjust to taste)
1 tsp fenugreek powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup heavy cream
Directions:
Step 1:
Heat a large skillet pan or medium-sized saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the oil, butter, and diced onions, and give them a good toss. Cook for approximately 3 to 4 minutes until lightly golden.
