It would crazy to think no one enjoys the music from "Jersey Boys". And from what we see from this performance, this crowd really loves it! Five men of the United States Navy’s chorus join together for a performance of a few classic songs and gets everyone up and dancing!
Now their rendition of the tunes are going totally viral and it’s easy to understand why!
Not many people know that the United States Navy has a dedicated band accompanied by a highly skilled chorus. The “Sea Chanters” are those chorus members and they’ve been around for more than 60 years. It was originally founded by Lieutenant Harold Fultz and a small group of Navy School of Music students who wanted to sing at the State of the Nation celebration. From there, the chorus has expanded and now it hosts dozens of members who all bring a little special something to the collective harmony.
Now the Sea Chanters perform all over the country and in the farthest corners of the globe – no matter where they go, they’re always received with a ton of love and admiration! Even though the Sea Chanters are the main attraction for the band, they have nothing but praise for their fellow members.
