A Pennsylvania man is dealing with some serious rape charges after he was caught sexually assaulting his friend’s 6-year-old son.
According to WNEP, police say they were called to an address in the area of First and Wyoming streets in Hazelton on Saturday.
When the officers walked into the home, they found two men physically fighting one another, though it was unclear why at first.
But it didn’t take long before authorities learned the sick truth about what had been going on inside the home.
Authorities say one of the men walked into a room and suddenly discovered 19-year-old Sebastian John Wardingo pulling up his pants.
The man told police that his terrified 6-year-old son was lying down on the bed with his pants down.
The enraged father immediately began attacking Wardingo once he realized that the teen had raped his child, according to police.
Officers immediately took Wardingo into custody and transported him to Hazleton Police Department Headquarters.
While being interviewed by authorities, Wardringo reportedly confessed that he had raped the little boy.
Wardingo was then reportedly charged with rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, as well as several other crimes.
Chief of Police Jerry Speziale later said “swift and decisive justice will be delivered” for this “heinous act.”
Crime Watch Daily has since shared this disturbing story on Facebook, where hundreds of commenters called for justice and demanded more answers.
“I honestly don't know how I would stop myself from losing it. Just picturing that image in my head.... I just can't. I'm afraid instead of calling the police to arrest him, they'd be calling the coroner. Nothing will stop me from protecting my children. Even if I have to give my own life fighting to protect theirs,” one mother wrote.
“If I was the cop I would have shot him, the dad should have done something I know we ain't anyone to take someones life away but man I have boys and this crap scares me every day Who let's a grown man alone with there child I would have shot this man. This child's innocence just got taken away ugh it makes me wanna cry from how piss and how someone can be so stupid to do this or allow any grown man alone with there child !!!!!!!!!” another added.
“OMG! How could you? And who was this guy? How did he get in? Was he a trusted neighbor? Family member? Such a sick individual! That child will be traumatized for the rest of his life... SMH poor baby!” another commenter continued.
