You will need:
2 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 cup of white rice
1 can of celery soup
a packet of French onion soup seasoning
2 roughly chopped onions
Wash chicken then begin the casserole by spreading your rice out into a glass casserole pan, distributing everything evenly. Now, lay the chicken breasts on top in an orderly fashion.
In a separate container, mix together the celery soup and onion soup packet, along with two can fulls of water (use the celery soup can).
Once the soup and seasoning is emulsified, add in some salt and pepper if you like then, pour the mixture over your chicken and rice.
Next add in your chopped onion, cook in the oven for 2 hours at 325 degrees.
