How to Peel Garlic Quickly and Easily:
Step 1:
Place a bulb of garlic inside the jar, seal it tightly with the lid, and prepare to be amazed.

Hold the jar or container firmly then give it a good shake. You should see the bulb starting to break up. You can open it and remove the outer skin.
