Now, I whip up a batch whenever I'm hosting friends, family, or need to bring a knockout dish to a potluck. Trust me, this recipe is foolproof. Ingredients:
12 yeast roll dough balls
1 cup pizza sauce
24 to 30 pepperoni slices
8 oz low-moisture mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and grease your muffin pan with butter. Place one yeast roll dough ball into each cup. Cover with plastic wrap and let them rise for a bit. Once risen, butter the bottom of a small measuring glass and press it down in the center of each dough ball. Use your hands to stretch the dough to the cup's walls. Repeat for all dough balls.
