Ingredients for Chocolate Covered Rice Krispies:
2 bars of dark chocolate
1/2 cup raw tahini or peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups rice krispies or cornflakes
How to Make Chocolate Rice Krispies:
Step 1:
In a heat-proof bowl, combine 2 bars of dark chocolate, 1/2 cup of raw tahini or peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Microwave for 25 seconds.
Step 2:
Stir the mixture, and if it's not fully melted, return it to the microwave and heat for an additional 5 seconds. Stir again.
