Quick-To-Make Mint Oreo Dessert Pizza Recipe

If you have a penchant for mint or mint-flavored desserts, then this delightful recipe by Tastemade on YouTube is a must-try. Prepare yourself for a mouthwatering treat that is not only refreshing and delicious but also highly addictive. With a crust made of Oreo cookie sandwiches, a rich and flavorful brownie base, and a scrumptious mint frosting on top, this dessert is a true temptation that even the most discerning eaters and kids won't be able to resist.

Ingredients:
For the Base:

18 mint Oreos
1 box of brownie mix
2 large eggs
¼ cup water
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp peppermint extract
For the Frosting:

½ cup vegetable shortening
½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
½ tsp peppermint extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup marshmallow fluff
1¼ cups confectioner's sugar
Green food coloring
10 mint Oreos, roughly chopped
For the Sauce:

2 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
2 tbsp corn syrup
½ cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Step 1:
Spread the Oreo cookies all over the bottom of a 12-inch pie plate and set it aside. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, water, oil, and peppermint extract. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Pour the mixture over the Oreos, spreading it out evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes.

Step 2:
Once the base is baked, remove it from the oven and set it aside to cool completely. In a separate large mixing bowl, beat the shortening and butter together with an electric mixer until well combined. Add the peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and marshmallow fluff, and continue beating until incorporated and smooth. Add the confectioner's sugar and green food coloring, and beat until the frosting is fluffy and vibrant green. Fold in the chopped mint Oreos.

Step 3:
In another bowl, combine the unsalted butter, corn syrup, and chocolate chips. Microwave in short intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Step 4:
Spread the mint frosting evenly over the cooled brownie base. Drizzle the chocolate sauce on top. Place the dessert in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours before serving. Cut into slices and indulge in the minty, chocolatey goodness!

Step 3

Gradually add the confectioner’s sugar, then beat them together until fluffy, add 1 to 2 drops of green food coloring, and continue to mix them to combine and incorporate. Pour it over the cooled brownie base, then spread it evenly, and top it with the remaining Oreo.

Step 4

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the unsalted butter, corn syrup, and chocolate chips, then heat them for about 40 seconds or until melted, and stir them around until smooth. Drizzle it over the pizza, then serve, and enjoy!
