Senior woman retires to the cutest ‘tiny home’ she can comfortably pay for using her social security
By Mike-Ross

Luanne had a lifelong interest in downsizing and living in a tiny home, and she finally made that dream a reality when she retired. She found a tiny home named "The Nest" for approximately $79K and decided to settle down in the largest tiny home village in the US, located in Newport, Tennessee.
Living in a tiny home has allowed Luanne to simplify her life and focus on what truly matters. Her monthly expenses, including utilities, add up to less than $300, which is easily covered by her social security check.
By downsizing and living in a tiny home, Luanne has found a way to live comfortably while staying within her means. It's a lifestyle that many people are embracing in today's world of minimalism and sustainability.

“The Nest” is absolutely adorable, and has everything Luanne needs in just 10ft by 28ft including a spacious receiving room, a well-equipped kitchen, a large Ikea storage, a loft bedroom with a queen-sized foam bed, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and vanity. It’s nine large windows allow natural plenty of natural light in, making the space appear even larger and brighter.
Downsizing allowed Luanne to live with true financial freedom so that she and her dog, Bentley can focus on enjoying their lives together.
