This tasty looking rainbow jelly watermelon candy dessert is colorful and I must say….very creative. This awesome tutorial from Yay! Fun Times on YouTube really surprised me. Initially, I thought it was a cool way to use the watermelon peel as a placement to hold the jelly together. But this is a very nice idea to do with the kids.
