Seniors come to jail, as soon as the music starts many inmates are left crying
By Mike-Ross

A senior choir performed for inmates at a county jail, and it has a lot of people talking.
The Young@Heart Chorus is a group of people that love to sing and are still young at heart. They went to the Hampshire County jail to perform, but they didn’t expected to have such a strong effect on the inmates there.
They sang “Forever Young” after learning one of their chorus members had passed away that morning. Their performance left a few inmates with tears in their eyes and the rest gave them a standing ovation. It’s a pretty great moment.
The Young@Heart Chorus features singers ranging in age from 73-91, some are former professionals and some just love to sing.
