Ever seen a dog with a scarf wrapped around its body? This is the meaning behind it...
By Dreamer

If you are a dog lover or have been around dogs a lot, you probably have learned that some dogs begin shaking during some situations.
The most common situations that come to mind first are when there is a storm outside or when fireworks are being lit in the air. If you as an owner aren't able to calm your dog down, there are different ways that can help.
A dog’s hearing is more sensitive than a human’s and dogs can also suffer from anxiety. It’s important to be aware of your dog’s actions because they can’t diagnosis themselves or communicate what’s bothering them.
My adorable dog had problems during thunderstorms. He would shake and try to bury himself under our couch. Instead of putting pills down his throat, I tried an alternative.
The alternative method I used is called a “half wrap.” If you have a scarf or Ace bandage, you already have everything you need. The scarf or bandage is wrapped around the dog and hits key pressure points for anxiety relief. Watch the video for a detailed tutorial!
