The best part about this is that you may have seen even this in your garden. It’s peppermint and it has a lot of different things it can do for you and your home.

Like we said, peppermint is great for keeping away pests and you don’t need to use toxic and harmful chemical sprays. It has to do with the natural oils in the plants. The oils help create that beautiful and fresh smell, but for whatever reason, pests don’t like it. The smell alone can keep critters away.

That brings us to one of the best reasons to keep some in your house. The smell is a natural air freshener and deodorizer.
