Two Men Get On Stage For An Amazing Performance; This Rendition Of "You Raise Me Up" Mesmerized The Crowd

Harrison Craig and Tim Moxley made a huge impression on the judges when they sang "You Raise Me Up" during the second season of The Voice: Australia. At the end of their duet, all four judges gave them a standing ovation, which was very well-deserved.
What made their performance particularly special is that Harrison has a stuttering problem. But when he sings, something incredible happens.

Harrison is very passionate about music, and his stutter disappears when gets on stage and belts out a song. His mother encouraged him to to take voice lessons and join a choir when he was younger, and it changed his life.
He was paired up with fellow competitor Tim during the battle round, and he nailed it with Josh Groban’s “You Raise Me Up." Fans and the judges absolutely loved the performance.

Everyone appeared to have sparkles in their eyes, as they watched the pair take the song to a whole new level. There's no question that the entire audience was covered in chills - especially when they hit the high notes perfectly.
In fact, even those who weren't sitting in the crowd have been blown away by their powerful rendition. One person commented on YouTube:
"My favourite duet on any competition show; so mellow and melodic."

While the pair both did very well in the competition, Harrison ended up as the winner. Following the show, his cover of "Unchained Melody" hit the number-two spot on the music charts.
He has released three albums since 2013. This is certainly a memorable performance that is touching hearts worldwide.

Josh Groban's version of "You Raise Me Up" was incredible. But this is a showstopper.
The Melbourne native, who was blessed to be coached on The Voice by British singer Seal, has a bright future ahead of him. It will be interesting to see where he goes next in his career.

Harrison has said he has been influenced by many artists from different genres, including Elvis Presley, Andrea Bocelli, Michael Buble and Nat King Cole. His music can be categorized as "popera."
