DIY Apple Pie

- Apples (large) - 1 kg.
- Puff pastry - 400 g
- Filling any - cottage cheese, cookies, nuts, boiled condensed milk.
- Sugar - 100 g
And the process itself:
1 Wash the apples. Cut off the top and cut out the middle in apples.
2 Fill apple filling.
3 From the dough cut into small strips and put the filling on top of the test strip in the form of baskets (pletenochki).
4 Lubricate the egg and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds, but you can just sugar.
5 Apples stacked in a baking dish, pour water on the bottom (1/3 the height of the form), bake for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 400F.
