2 tsp. of turmeric
1 liter of water
garlic, peeled and cut into ¼

Preparation:
Pour the water in a pot and heat it up. Add the sugar and when it starts to boil add in the turmeric, grated ginger and garlic. Turn off the stove and wait for the mixture to cool off on room temperature. Store it in the fridge.
