110 Year Old Woman Is Interviewed And Her Responses Are Going Viral FAST For Obvious Reasons
Flossie Dickey turned 110 years old on Feb. 18, but she wasn't happy to talk about it with a local TV crew at the Cheney Care Center in Washington state (video below).
KHQ reporter Nichole Mischke asked Dickey if she was excited that her family was coming to the care center to throw her a party later in the day, and the senior replied, "Not one bit."
However, Dickey's family told KREM that all she wanted for her birthday was to see her family, which includes great-great-great-grandchildren.
Mischke then asked Dickey if she would rather be taking a nap, but the elderly woman refused to answer.
Mischke asked the supercentenarian the obligatory question about how she has lived so long, and Dickey replied: "I don't know. I don't fight it. I live it."
An employee at the care center told Mischke that Dickey entered the facility 10 years ago, at 100 years old.
"Her favorite thing, according to her family, is to sit down and have some whiskey straight up," the employee added.
Mischke later wrote on Facebook: "Before we went live she kept falling asleep so I kept trying to talk to her to get her to stay awake. Her response to me? 'How do you think you'd feel if you were 110?'"
