Students Hand Steak ‘N Shake Waitress A Christmas Card, Then She Loses It When She Looks Inside

John frequently takes his senior students at Mt. Juliet Christian Academy to popular fast food chain Steak ‘n Shake for study sessions. While working, his students got to know one waitress in particular, named Martha.

The longer the students participated in their study breakfasts, the more they bonded with Martha. She soon became their favorite waitress in the establishment.

We just wanted her to know how much we appreciate the love that shes shown us and just, the kindness,” John explains in the video below, posted on December 13, 2016. “Shes just always upbeat and always treated us like we’re family and we wanted to show her how we appreciated that.

Determined to give their dearest waitress a Christmas she would never forget,John and his students thought of a brilliant idea.

In the video, John and the kids gather for their usual study breakfast. But this morning would be a lot more exciting. They hand Martha an envelope and watch her reaction is priceless!
