Here is a delicious rainbow roll cake recipe perfect for any occasion.
You Will Need
4 eggs
100g of flour
100g of sugar
4 dyes gel
250g mascarpone
1 lemon zest
100g icing sugar

Preparation
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Whisk the yolks with the sugar.
Combine the two preparations and mix.

(yellow, green, blue, red ....)
