Looking for a quick and easy dinner everyone will love? We have you covered! These taco-pizza rolls are sure to become part of your regular meal rotation.
You’ll need:
— 1/2 pound of ground beef
— 1 can of Pillsbury Refrigerated Classic Pizza Crust
— 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning mix
— 3 tablespoons of water
— 1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese blend
And optional toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sour cream, diced onion, guacamole, hot sauce, etc.

First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees and spray a baking sheet with a light layer of cooking spray.

Cook the beef until it is no longer pink, then you will add the taco seasoning and water. Mix it all together.

Then, unroll the pizza dough, flatten it into a rectangle, and spread the taco meat over the dough in an even layer and cover with cheese.

Now we roll them up. Tightly but carefully roll the dough starting with one of the longer sides of the rectangle and when finished, it should look like a spiral from the side.

With a sharp serrated knife, cut the roll into inch-thick slices. One log should yield roughly 18 pieces.

Arrange the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden-brown.

Finally add your toppings and theyare ready to be served!

These take less than 30 minutes to make and are perfect for any occasion or dinner!
