A Mother Creates A Very Sweet Cake For Spring/Summer....Now Watch The Deliciousness

This watermelon cake is the perfect treat for this spring and summer.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 small watermelon
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1-2 tsp vanilla
- 1 T sifted powder sugar
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup mixed berries and fruit

DIRECTIONS
1. Slice ends of watermelon. Stand on end and shave off sides.

2. In electric mixer, beat whipping cream at high speed. Add in vanilla. Whip. When cream gets texture, add in powder sugar. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form.

3. Cover watermelon with whipped cream. Gentle press almonds into side. Top cake with fruit. Serve! (store in refrigerator)
