He Stood Proudly In Front Of This Flag He Made. But When The Camera Zooms In? UTTER DISBELIEF

Jacob is a high school student who simply made the piece of art for a school project. Around President’s Day of this year, Jacob had an inspired idea. The Bunker Hill, Indiana student realized that this was his chance to do something spectacular. While his classmates drew stick figure drawings of President Lincoln and colored them in, Jacob went above and beyond working round the clock to make something incredible!

Jacob was determined to create a piece that not only expressed his undying love for America, but also art that would memorialized all those who fought in wars to keep our freedoms alive.

After countless hours he finally finished and brought his 4 feet by 6 feet American flag to class. He had glued red, white, and blue toy soldiers onto a sturdy piece of wood and everyone at the Indiana high school was blown away by his art.

Jacob placed every one of his 4,466 toy soldiers with purpose.

“When I was putting each Army guy on there, I was thinking about each of these guys. They serve, they are the ones that . . . make this flag what it is. It took me 56 hours just to do this project, but they spend a very large portion of their life so that I can make this project,” Feazel said in an American Legion video.

After getting so much praise for the project at school, Jacob Feazel decided to share the flag with his followers on Twitter. He snapped a few pictures of him next to the large piece and sent it off online. But it wasn’t until Jacob’s mother shared the images of her Facebook page that things took off. The teen got a response he never could have anticipated. Millions of Americas rallied behind Jacob and began to share his work with everyone across the country. Jacob’s work had gone viral.

“It fills me with a bunch of patriotism knowing that this made so many people happy that I did this. Awesome is the best word I can give you on how it makes me feel,” Feazel said.

Because thousands of people begged Jacob for more art, he took up their call and started his own Facebook page. His project page is titled “For love of country and art – the art of Jacob Feazel.”

As he writes on the page which was founded on February 27, 2016:

“It’s been requested I create a page to share my art. I’ve been blessed to see my most recent project go viral worldwide. Please follow along in my journey! I am a high school senior who’s been lucky enough to have my patriotic art project go viral with millions of views and shares. I would appreciate scholarship opportunities for college.”

On the page, Jacob has shared numerous super hero drawings including portraits of X-Men’s Wolverine, Spiderman, and Superman.

Please SHARE JACOB’S PATRIOTIC ART with your family and friends on Facebook today!
