One thing that always makes my skin crawl is finding pests inside my house. While living in New York City as a younger man, I would sometimes see cockroaches roaming the apartment at night. They would always give me the creeps and there was little I could do because they kept coming from the neighbor’s place.
But now that I live in a cleaner city, I fortunately don’t have to deal with those bugs. But ants, spiders, and mice still sometimes pose a problem. While we did share some great tips to get rid of an ant infestation, I recently stumbled upon a home remedy that works like a charm without any effort on your part.

How to use a peppermint plant to fight bugs, mice, and pests.
First you want to prepare a high concentration of mint leaf tea. When this has cooled, store it in a spray bottle. Spray every corner of your house especially doors and windows.
