#1 Orange Peel Wedges
Jello orange wedges have the option of using orange juice from the fruit to replace "water" when mixing the colored gelatin. Add vodka after the gelatin has blended on the stove. Cut the oranges in half, and after removing the flesh, use the outer orange peal as jello cups. After the gelatin cups set in the refrigerator, slice into wedges.

Silicone molds with a light spray of vegetable oil are great for any jello shape. Rainbow jello is made of 3 gelatin colors: red, yellow and blue, while "lighting" makes the layers blend into shades of a rainbow. Add in vodka after the gelatin and water is mixed on the stove.
