Salads are my ultimate meal choice. I'm always experimenting with new salad recipes at home, and one that's become a favorite is Natashas Kitchen's creamy broccoli grape salad. Let me tell you, it's seriously amazing. I was blown away the first time I whipped it up. It exceeded all my expectations.
With the mix of textures and flavors from the broccoli, bacon, toasted pine nuts, cucumber, red grapes, and red onions, every bite is a flavor explosion. And that creamy homemade dressing? It takes it to a whole new level. The savory, sweet, and nutty flavors blend perfectly with the creamy and zesty dressing. Trust me, you've gotta give this recipe a try. Creamy Broccoli Grape Salad Ingredients
Salad
6 oz bacon, chopped and browned
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
1 lb broccoli crowns, cut into small florets
1/2 English cucumber, sliced
1 1/2 cups red grapes, seedless and halved
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
Creamy Salad Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How to Make Broccoli Grape Salad
Step 1:
In a skillet, cook the bacon until browned. Transfer to a plate using a slotted spoon. In another skillet over medium heat, toast the pine nuts until golden and fragrant for about 3 minutes, tossing often. Transfer to a plate.
Step 2:
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, sliced cucumber, halved grapes, diced onion, browned bacon, and toasted pine nuts.

Step 3:
In a small bowl, add 1/2 cup of mayo, 2 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 4:
Pour the dressing to the salad and mix until well combined.
