Ingredients for Cajun Butter Baked Chicken Thighs:
8 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp cumin
1 tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp ground cloves
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
2 tsp Cajun spice
4 tbsp butter
How to Make Cajun Butter Baked Chicken Thighs:

Step 1
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, then place the clean chicken in a single layer spaced evenly, and drizzle them with oil. Rub the oil evenly onto the chicken pieces including the backside, then combine all of the spices in a small bowl, and sprinkle them generously on both sides of the chicken giving them a good rub.
Step 2
Make sure that the skin side of the chicken is facing up, then place a slice of butter on top of each chicken, and cover them with plastic wrap. Set them aside to marinate for about 2 hours, then when ready, place them in a preheated oven at 400°F, and allow them to bake for about 45 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
