Here's what you'll need:
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (the dough sheet)
1/2 can cranberry sauce
4 oz brie cheese
1/2 cup crushed pecans
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Now, let's get cookin':
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and slick up a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Dust a silicone baking mat with a bit of flour and roll out that dough sheet. Give it a light sprinkle on top, then roll it out with a rolling pin. Slice it into 24 equal pieces and pop each square into a muffin cup. Now, scoop a dollop of cranberry sauce into each one. Easy peasy!

Step 2
Unwrap the brie and cut the white rind off. After this, cut it into strips, then cut the strips into small pieces. (You may only need half of the cheese, but if you want, you can definitely use more.) Divide the brie pieces into each top, then sprinkle some crushed pecans. To finish off, garnish it with some small sprigs of rosemary. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is nice and golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
