The lioness was heartbroken when she got separated from her family, but her loved ones wasted no time and organized a search party to find her! A touching video shared by The Dodo on Facebook depicts the grieving lioness sitting alone, calling out for her pride. The commentary accompanying the video revealed that she had been lost for several days. However, hope was not lost, as in the distance, a group of other lions appeared, diligently searching for their missing family member.
The footage of the ensuing reunion is absolutely adorable! When the lioness catches sight of her loved ones, she hurries over to them excitedly. The rest of the pride envelops her with affectionate nudges before the group proceeds to lie in the grass together and start grooming each other. We’re not crying, you are!
