Shelter dog hops over concrete wall to see her best friend — leads to happy ending for both
By Mike-Ross

Dogs possess remarkable intelligence and are highly sociable creatures, capable of forming genuine and affectionate friendships with other dogs. These friendships hold significant importance, particularly among shelter dogs.
A recent heartwarming incident expresses this beauty. As per a Facebook post, two stray dogs named Linda and Brenda were discovered together and brought to Minneapolis Animal Care & Control. Their bond as best friends was undeniable, and they were inseparable.
Although they were initially given neighboring kennels, the mere distance between them proved unbearable. One night, Brenda exhibited her unwavering devotion by leaping over the concrete divider to keep her beloved friend Linda company throughout the night.

The video went viral after being shared by Friends of Minneapolis Animal Care & Control, who set it to the Mission: Impossible theme music.
The video soon went viral, and the shelter announced that both dogs were up for adoption — and since the dogs were so clearly bonded, they searched for a home that could take both of them in as a duo.
In the meantime, the dogs were relocated to a bigger kennel together.
Perhaps it was the viral fame of the video, but soon these sweet dogs got the happy ending they deserved.
According to Friends of MACC, Brenda and Linda were adopted, together!
“Thank you to all who have shared their story and reached out to us over the last 3 days! We appreciate you!” the shelter wrote on Facebook.
