Woman sees newborn boy inside suitcase by dumpster, Cop offers to adopt him

A woman from Arlington, Texas made a terrible discovery as she was taking out the trash. As she approached her apartment building’s dumpster, she heard the muffled sound of a baby crying.
She was shocked to find an abandoned infant zipped up inside a ratty old suitcase beside the trash bin.
The newborn was only a few hours old and had been born about 4-6 weeks premature. The trash bin was scheduled for compaction, but luckily the sanitation worker was running late and the baby’s life was saved.
Police immediately began an investigation to identify the child’s mother. The officers affectionately nicknamed the little boy Jason, and had a few other plans in store to give him a better life.
