Carly and Jackie found Poppy the pit bull laying on a hot sidewalk in the streets of Mexico. The scared stray was skittish, but as Carly approached Poppy a bond was formed.
Jackie took Poppy to a veterinarian who gave her a flea bath and a checkup. It turns out that Poppy was pregnant and had to spend a few days at the vet for observation.
Jackie and Carly made a point to visit Poppy every day. They had already decided she would find a forever home with them.
Once she was released from the vet, Poppy couldn’t stop hugging Jackie! The adorable moment was captured on video, which quickly went viral.
