76-year-old nun discovers thieves on the roof, quickly knocks their ladder down

Sister Mary Johnice stepped out into the cold to investigate some strange noises coming from the roof of Christian community center in Buffalo, New York. The 76-year-old nun was shocked to find a ladder propped against the building and two strange men on the roof.
The men were petty thieves attempting to steal from the community center. “When I looked up I saw that they were trying to take some of the copper pipes that we had in the downspouts. I was not a very happy person.”
In a moment of divine inspiration, Sister Mary had a simple solution to thwart the would-be burglars – she knocked down their ladder.
