Zucchini is a very delicious and healthy vegetable. Zucchini is ideal for any gathering because almost everyone loves it, I have never actually met someone who doesn’t love it. I recently found this Spanish garlic zucchini video recipe tutorial by Spain On A Fork, on YouTube, and I knew I had found an instant family favorite recipe as soon as I saw it. This is a very simple European farmhouse style recipe that only uses a few easy fin ingredients, and doesn’t take much effort to cook at all.
