I usually buy pre-washed baby spinach and spring mix that comes already washed at the grocery store, but there are always those couple of leaves that are always few slimy and mushy along the sides of the container which rapidly can infect the other fresh crispy leaves. This is why I was happy to find this video from Youtuber Berta Jay that will show you how to keep my salad greens and delicious baby spinach fresh in the refrigerator for longer because I get very upset when I have to throw out food that didn’t last as long as I had expected.
