Cajun chicken has become a favorite dish of mine over the past year or so, but I’ve never seen it made so easily. Smokin’ & Grillin’ wit AB really nailed it with this one-pot cajun chicken recipe. I served it with some penne pasta noodles and it was absolutely delicious! My family all wanted seconds.
