Chicken fingers have become a favorite of mine recently so I was super excited when I saw this pretzel-encrusted chicken finger video recipe tutorial by Laura In The Kitchen, on YouTube, I really had to try it because it was oven-baked. I usually deep fry our chicken fingers, so these baked chicken fingers sounded like such a welcome change.
