I became a fan canning recently, and I have canned quite a few items lately, mainly cucumber pickles. With my last cucumber pickles recipe, I added some red peppers to the pickle mix, and they tasted incredible. So, I was looking for a recipe that is exclusively red peppers only. I found this amazing Italian-style marinated roasted red pepper video recipe tutorial by Not Another Cooking Show, on YouTube, I had to try canning some right away!
