Once I discovered this amazing, herb-crusted tenderloin by How To BBQ Right, on YouTube, I knew I had to try this out. I have been a fan of steak for al one time and I usually cook New York strip steaks and Rib Eyes, but I wanted to try a full tenderloin strip for a change. I always thought of this dish as something that would be very hard to make, but I was so wrong.
