Zucchini is a new favorite of mine and I look forward to harvesting the delicious zucchini I am growing in my garden. Zucchini is just amazing for any gathering because almost everyone loves it, I have never actually met someone who doesn’t love it. Today, I found this great Spanish garlic zucchini video recipe tutorial by Spain On A Fork, on YouTube, and I knew I had found an instant family favorite recipe as soon as I saw it.
