I am such a fan of buttermilk biscuits, so when I came across this great garlic and cheese buttermilk biscuit video recipe tutorial by Ninik Becker, on YouTube, I knew this would be the one. For so many years, I have baked buttermilk biscuits and I had never thought of putting garlic and cheese in a biscuit, but it sounded like such a good idea to me.
