Unfortunately, yesterday Chloe’s mom, Stacy, announced that the 19-year-old passed away after they made the very hard choice to remove her ventilator.
In a Facebook update, Stacy wrote: “Danny and I would like to say thank you to all who prayed for Chloe and sent kind words. Our Angel is now with God.”
The teenager was reportedly known for her extremely bright attitude and the hugs she would give out. She was also a huge fan of country music singer Blake Shelton.
