Meet the Eagle Scout from Texas City that truly took the Boy Scout motto 'do a good turn daily' to heart. When the pandemic started to impact his community, high school junior Austin Montalbano decided he wanted to do something about it. He grabbed his sewing machine and started to produce cloth face masks, which are now recommended for public use by the CDC.
