I stumbled upon a fantastic mini apple pies video recipe tutorial by Amy Learns To Cook on YouTube, and was so excited to make them. She makes these delicious pies out of regular shortcrust pie pastry and canned apple pie filling then cooks them for 20 minutes in the air fryer.
