Most people know the beloved Mike Rowe for his work on Discovery’s Dirty Jobs and his advocacy programs for blue-collar trade craft.
What few people remember is that Mike is a professionally trained Opera singer.
Needless to say the audience was surprised to see Mike appear onstage during a performance by the Barbershop Harmony Society.
With his classic smile, Mike steps onstage with the nonchalance of a man with a hidden trick up his sleeve.
Jaws must surely have dropped once Mike began to sing and seamlessly joined the harmony on “Sweet and Lovely.”
