One black labrador kept running up to a police officer near the road and barking. The officer, Jeff Gonzalez, eventually caught up to the dog and knew something was wrong, so he followed him.
The dog took off down the road and the officer followed before Officer Gonzalez realized the dog’s owner was slumped over on a chair on the front porch in freezing weather. The woman’s lips were blue and he knew something was very wrong.
They were able to take the woman to the hospital in time and she made a full recovery. If it wasn’t for her trusty companion, she might be dead today. It just goes to show you that dogs truly are Man’s Best Friend
